AI in Healthcare: A Practical Shift in How Doctors Diagnose and Treat Patients

The AI system only helps process and organize the information faster.

The company also developed VeriSee, which supports eye doctors. It scans retinal images and spots signs of diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration. The system gives results in seconds, helping doctors act before a patient’s vision worsens.

Another challenge in healthcare is clinical documentation. Doctors spend large parts of their day typing notes and reports. Acer’s aiMed platform uses generative AI to turn spoken or written input into structured electronic medical records. aiMed connects with existing hospital systems of the client, it also helps in reducing typographical errors and with all its features, helps doctors able to spend more time with patients, not with documents and encoding tasks.

The system will take care of the repetitive work, so the medical staff can focus on what's important, taking care of their patients. It supports better accuracy, safer workflows, and fewer delays.

This AI system will NOT replace doctors or nurses. It is a tool that strengthens medical practice. The system will make the healthcare industry be more efficient and dependable.
